I just wanted to say the biggest thank you Dr Simone for her incredible care, support and compassion. On Tuesday, my mini pony suddenly lost use of his hind legs. A quick call to Oldbury Equine and Dr Simone was on her way in moments! Unfortunately for my little guy, the prognosis wasn’t good and we made the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Dr Simone was incredible, her bedside manner, her ability to explain the situation and what my options would be were second to none. I am so grateful for the time and effort she put in. She really made the process so much easier for us all and was so gentle with my little guy who went so peacefully under her care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Called Oldbury today as my horse had a VERY swollen eye. Within 10 minutes Mike and Jo were at my door and within 30 minutes Lacee was all fixed up and feeling better. Great service and happy, friendly vets. Definitely using these guys from now on! Thanks Mike and Jo.
