I just wanted to say the biggest thank you Dr Simone for her incredible care, support and compassion. On Tuesday, my mini pony suddenly lost use of his hind legs. A quick call to Oldbury Equine and Dr Simone was on her way in moments! Unfortunately for my little guy, the prognosis wasn’t good and we made the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Dr Simone was incredible, her bedside manner, her ability to explain the situation and what my options would be were second to none. I am so grateful for the time and effort she put in. She really made the process so much easier for us all and was so gentle with my little guy who went so peacefully under her care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. He’s now in the capable hands of Lawnswood and will be back home with me soon! ♥️I also wanted to say a big thank you to the wonderful person who answered the phone and got Dr Simone out to us so quickly.
